Working for Mitie, Reeves Projects project managed a programme of upgrades to Essex County Council buildings and to schools across Essex.
Project management
The work ranged from energy improvements, including solar PV and boiler upgrades, to window replacements, electrical and plumbing upgrades, decoration and accessibility (DDA) improvements.

The outcome
