What we collect

When you enquire, we collect the name, phone number, email address and project description you provide. You may also choose to share a project location, space type, approximate size, timescale, budget band and photographs.

Technical information used to protect the form may include a hashed IP address, browser information and the page where the enquiry was submitted. Please do not include sensitive personal information, security details or photographs you do not have permission to share.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to understand the proposed work, respond to you, prepare a quote where appropriate and keep a record of the conversation. We rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract where applicable, and on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and keeping the service secure.

Submitting a project enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Who handles it

Salto AI Limited operates the website and enquiry service on our instructions as a data processor. Hosting and email providers help store and deliver enquiries. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for those purposes. We do not sell enquiry data.

If a provider processes information outside the UK, applicable safeguards are required. We can provide further information about the providers and safeguards on request.

Photographs

Uploaded photographs are stored outside the public website. Access links are signed and expire after at most 14 days, or sooner if the photograph reaches its retention limit. Anyone with an unexpired link can access the associated photograph, so these links should not be shared publicly. Avoid uploading images that identify people or confidential premises unless you have permission.

How long we keep enquiries

Our proposed enquiry-record retention period is 24 months from the last relevant contact. Photographs in the enquiry upload store are normally removed 30 days after upload, separately from the enquiry record. A specific legal or contractual requirement may require longer retention. If an enquiry becomes a contracted project, separate project records may follow a different retention period. Encrypted recovery copies are kept for up to seven days. Downloaded copies must also be managed under the applicable retention policy. We do not keep information indefinitely just because storage is available.

Website measurement

The live website uses privacy friendly Umami analytics to understand page visits and actions such as call, WhatsApp and enquiry button clicks. This measurement does not use analytics cookies. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages and uploaded photographs are not sent as analytics events.

A call button click records interest in calling, not proof that a telephone conversation took place. The website does not use advertising trackers.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing or receive a portable copy. Contact info@reevesprojectsltd.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

External services

If you follow a WhatsApp link or use your email application to contact us, those services handle information under their own terms. They are not embedded trackers on this website.
