Service 04 / Relocation

Office relocation, with the new space ready first.

Moving day is easier when the building work is already in place. We prepare the destination and connect the fit out with your move programme.

Illustrative concept

Get the destination ready for the team.

An office move brings together two premises, several suppliers and a date that may be difficult to change. The new workplace needs to be ready while any obligations at the old one are completed.

We manage the building and interior works around office relocations across the UK. That includes fitting out the destination, adapting the layout and planning access for furniture and equipment installation.

Your removals, IT and telecoms specialists retain their respective roles. Their delivery and access requirements are connected to the construction programme, with the written scope making every responsibility clear.

The scope, brought together

What we deliver.

Building work that supports the move, from destination readiness to making good.

Destination fit out

Interior work completed before desks, equipment and staff arrive.

Move programme alignment

Construction activities connected to occupation dates and supplier access.

Phased occupation

A workable sequence where teams move in stages and some works continue.

Making good

Repairs and reinstatement at the previous premises against an agreed scope.

The detail that matters

Connected from start to finish.

Power, data infrastructure, furniture dimensions and delivery access all affect readiness. We work through these construction dependencies with the appointed team early.

The programme includes time for checks and outstanding work before occupation. Weekend and out-of-hours activity can be included where the building and suppliers permit it.

How the work moves forward

Prepare. Change over. Settle in.

A clear sequence connects the new premises with the move itself.

  1. Map the dependencies

We review dates, premises and the responsibilities of the appointed move team.

  2. Prepare the destination

The layout, finishes and agreed building services are delivered ahead of occupation.

  3. Support the changeover

Access, final checks and any making‑good work are completed in the planned sequence.

Before you begin

Your questions, answered.

Are you a removals company?

Our role is the fit out, refurbishment and building work around the relocation. Removals, IT migration and telecoms are handled by the appropriate appointed suppliers unless expressly included in our scope.

Can you prepare the new office before we move?

Yes. We plan the fit out or alterations around your intended occupation date and the access available.

Can the move happen in stages?

Yes, where the building and services allow safe phased occupation. We establish how occupied areas and continuing work will be separated.

How early should we get in touch?

As soon as the likely destination and timing are known. Early involvement helps identify approvals, long lead items and dependencies before the date is fixed.
