Complete refurbishment and upgrade of an office building in London for UWH Developments.
The brief
UWH Developments wanted its office building at 10 Buckingham Place brought up to modern standards through a complete refurbishment and upgrade.
Project management
Reeves Projects provided the project management, running the site and coordinating the trades from strip-out through to handover. The existing finishes and tired services were removed, then the offices were rebuilt with new suspended ceilings and LED lighting, upgraded electrical, power and data, and improved heating, ventilation and air conditioning. New flooring and decoration completed the workspace, alongside refurbished kitchens and WCs.
