The brief
The CEVA Logistics and Tiffany & Co warehouse in Dartford needed a full fit out while the site continued to operate.
Project management
Reeves Projects provided the on-site project management, taking care of the day-to-day running of the site: health and safety, signing in and out, risk assessments and method statements, toolbox talks, ordering materials, client meetings and on-site variations. With the warehouse still in use, a controlled site mattered as much as the finished result.

The outcome
The fit out brought building services, fire protection, security and staff facilities together in one programme. It was completed on time, within budget and handed over snag free.
